We're about five (and a half) weeks out from the posting deadline. I hope everyone's having fun with their assignments so far!

If you're willing to offer your services as a beta, here's the place to advertise! Make sure you include:

- Fandoms you can beta read for (maybe compare against the tagset so you don't have to list every single one?),
- A valid email that you check (at least semi-regularly!),
- any DNWs that you would not like to read, and
- if you have specific preferences/strengths as a beta reader (SPAG, plot, characterization, etc). This last part is optional, but sometimes helpful!

And remember - this exchange is anonymous! Please don't discuss details of assignments on this (public) post!

Also, I've run out of ideas for 90's-themed exclamations for the subject lines. Open to suggestions.

We're a little over a day away from the end of sign ups. To those who have already joined - thank you! Remember to take one last look at your sign up form, because you won't be able to edit it after sign ups close. Remember that if your DNWs are not listed in the prompt field, they won't be considered enforceable.

Also keep in mind that if you did not offer anything that is being requested, I will be in touch to ask you to change your offers. But if you have at least one potential recipient - you're good! Take a look through the Requests Summary if you want to see what other people are asking for. You can sort the list by fandom and requester (using the buttons at the top of the list) if you're looking for something specific.

A spreadsheet of everyone's requests will be available in a few days, after sign ups close. I will post a link here when it's ready.

Sign ups are now open! But first - some quick instructions/reminders!

ETA 2/23/19: By request, fanvids are now eligible as a medium! Minimum length is one minute. Because this was requested after sign ups were opened, the maximum amount of freeform (medium) tags you can choose cannot be edited - you may still only choose 1 - 3. Plan your requests/offers accordingly!

FOR REQUESTS:

- You must pick at least 4 fandoms, but you may choose up to 10. For each fandom, you are required to choose a medium (fic, art, podfic), and at least one tag (a character or a relationship). The maximum amount of character/relationship tags you are allowed is 20.

- Fandoms must be unique. That means you cannot request the same fandom twice.

- You are very welcome to leave prompts and/or a letter to your writer in your sign up. However, your writer is only required to create something that fulfills the minimum requirements of your request (medium, fandom, and character/relationship).

- If you have DNWs, include them in your sign up form. If they're not in your sign up, they won't be enforced. If you receive a work that includes a DNW, a new creator will be arranged for your request. Please do get in touch if this happens to you!

- You may select "any" when choosing tags for a specific fandom. This means that your request can be assigned to any creator who offered any combination of tags in that fandom. Use that option wisely!


FOR OFFERS:

- You must offer at least 4 fandoms, maximum is 10. Your fandoms must be unique for offers as well.

- You must also offer a medium (remember you may choose more than one), and between 2 - 20 character/relationship tags for each fandom.

- "Any" is an option for offers as well. Again, be sure you really mean "any" when choosing that option. Double check the tagset!

- For fandoms with only one nominated character/relationship tag: the sign up form normally requires you to select at least two. If there is only one tag nominated in the fandom, that means you must select "any."
