Caprica and Blood and Chrome would not disqualify it, since they have different casts. The movie's original release is listed as Oct 2009, so that means it falls under the cut-off date.
If there's no new material released yet, then the L Word would be eligible, as would Dead Like Me. And most of the Voyager novels were published in 2009 or before anyway, so I won't disqualify that, either.
