I disqualified TNG because it seems to directly continue the story where TNG left off, sharing both characters and continuity. If Seven of Nine is the only cast member from Voyager to appear, and it doesn't directly continue the story of Voyager (hard to do, considering it ended, I guess) then I wouldn't consider that disqualifying.
