The L Word was my nomination last year, but I do think this year is not eligible anymore, since The L Word: Generation Q has now aired. I read other comments and it's basically the same situation as with TNG and Picard - a lot of the main cast is in both shows, and it's just a continuation of the same story 10 years later.
